Butlocks Heath is a village situated in the district of Eastleigh in Hampshire. The village is located approximately 3.4 miles southeast of Southampton and is part of the civil parish of Hound, which also includes Netley. Due to housing development, Butlocks Heath and Netley are now very close to each other, although a small area of woodland called The Bunney separates the two villages. The village is situated less than a mile outside the city limits of Southampton and falls under the nearby borough of Eastleigh. The main road in Butlocks Heath is Woolston Road, which serves as the backbone of the village, with several roads branching off it.
